Company visit

Thinking about moving from academia to industry? Get a first-hand look at what founding/working in a biotech start-up really feels like at the LS2 Company Visit to Bio-Technopark Schlieren on 28 May 2026.

You’ll meet the teams behind DISCO Pharmaceuticals (developing innovative cancer therapies) and Microcaps (advancing microfluidics for precision technologies).

This visit is designed for early-career scientists who want to explore start-ups as a potential career path with the chance to ask questions, see the labs, and hear directly from people working in the field. With only 7 participants, the visit is kept intentionally small to allow for a truly interactive and engaging experience. Do not miss this opportunity to explore biotech beyond academia.

Register by 10 May (or until all spaces are full).
