Join us at the LS² Annual Meeting & Satellite on the 09, 10 & 11 February 2027 at the Amphimax/Amphipôle, University of Lausanne!

The LS² Annual Meeting is the largest national scientific conference in Life Sciences, welcoming more than 400 scientists and industry representatives. To ensure a top-quality experience, we are recruiting volunteers to help us to organize the on-site logistics. 

Being a volunteer means:

• Joining us backstage: helping with the conference organization and on-site logistics;
• Assisting Chairs by providing infrastructure support and welcoming guest-speakers;
• Welcoming and guiding the audience.

Join us for:

• A great opportunity to see how large conferences operate;
• A possibility to network and meet new people;
• A chance to gain new soft skills and event management experience! 
• Vaiwed registration fee for the meeting - you can still attend as a regular participant and present your work, helping us out at times that work for you!

What will you have to do?

• Join the mandatory 2-hour training on Tuesday, February 9^th at Amphimax/Amphipôle from 10:00 - 12:00
• Be available on-site for at least two days between Tuesday, February 9^th (10:00 – 18:00), Wednesday, February 10^th (8:00 – 18:00) and Thursday, February 11^th (8:15 to 17:15). You will not have to be present for the whole day - the tasks are allocated based on your availability (e.g., attend a symposium in the morning, help us in the afternoon).
