Call for Volunteers at the Annual Meeting 2026
Join us at the LS2 Annual Meeting & Satellite on the 10, 11 & 12 February 2026 at the University of Zurich!
The LS2 Annual Meeting is the biggest national Life Sciences event. This meeting welcomes more than 400 scientists and industry representatives. To ensure a top-quality conference, LS2 is recruiting volunteers to help us organize the on-site logistics.
Being a volunteer means:
- Joining us backstage: helping with the conference organization and on-site logistics;
- Assisting Chairs by providing infrastructure support and welcoming guest-speakers;
- Welcoming and guiding the audience.
Join us for:
- A great opportunity to see how large conferences operate;
- A possibility to network and meet new people;
- A chance to gain new soft skills and event management experience!
What do you have to do?
Join the mandatory 2-hour training on Wednesday, February 10th at the University of Zurich (Irchel Campus) from 10:00-12:00h
Be available on-site for at least two days on:
- Tuesday, February 10th (10:00 – 18:00)
- Wednesday, February 11th (8:00 – 18:00)
- Thursday, February 12th (8:15 to 17:15h)
